These store terms explain how purchases for HauntedMC work. They apply to digital benefits such as ranks, rank upgrades, cosmetics, claim blocks, keys, tokens, plots, homes, permissions and other virtual benefits within HauntedMC.

Purchases through the HauntedMC Store are processed through Tebex. During checkout, the terms, privacy notice and payment terms of Tebex and the relevant payment providers may also apply.

By making a purchase, you agree to these store terms, our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, the server rules and the terms shown during checkout.

1. What do these store terms apply to?

These store terms apply to purchases intended for use within HauntedMC.

This includes, among other things:

1. Ranks.
2. Rank upgrades.
3. Cosmetics.
4. Claim blocks.
5. Plots.
6. Homes.
7. Keys, tokens or similar virtual benefits.
8. Temporary promotions, bundles or discounts.
9. Other digital benefits within the HauntedMC server or servers.

These terms supplement the HauntedMC Terms of Service. If mandatory consumer rights apply, those rights always remain in force.

2. Purchases through Tebex

The HauntedMC Store uses Tebex for the webstore, checkout, payment, processing and delivery of digital products.

During checkout, you may be asked to agree to the applicable Tebex terms and payment terms. Read these carefully before paying.

For questions about technical delivery inside HauntedMC, you can contact HauntedMC support.

For questions about payment, checkout, payment issues, fraud reports or payment disputes, it may be necessary to contact Tebex or the relevant payment provider.

3. Check your details before payment

Before paying, always carefully check:

1. Your Minecraft username.
2. The selected product.
3. The selected gamemode, if relevant.
4. The amount.
5. Any discount or promotion.
6. The currency.
7. The payment method.
8. The terms shown during checkout.

Digital benefits are usually linked to the Minecraft username or UUID used during purchase. If you enter the wrong name, delivery may be delayed or impossible.

Made a mistake? Contact support as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that a mistake can always be corrected.

4. Delivery of digital benefits

Digital benefits are usually delivered automatically after successful payment.

Sometimes delivery may take longer due to, for example:

1. Technical delay.
2. Store issues.
3. Server issues.
4. Network outages.
5. Fraud or abuse checks.
6. Issues at Tebex or the payment provider.
7. An incorrectly entered Minecraft username.

If a purchase is not delivered or is delivered incorrectly, contact support with as much information as possible.

Preferably include:

1. Your Minecraft username.
2. Your order number or transaction reference.
3. The purchase date.
4. The purchased product.
5. A clear explanation of the issue.
6. Screenshots or payment proof if support asks for it.

We try to resolve delivery issues reasonably and carefully.

5. Digital content and virtual value

All products in the HauntedMC Store are digital or virtual benefits for use within HauntedMC.

These benefits:

1. Have no real money value.
2. Cannot be exchanged for money.
3. May not be sold, rented, traded or transferred outside HauntedMC for real value.
4. Are intended for personal use on HauntedMC.
5. Depend on the availability of the server, gamemode, plugins and external systems.

Terms such as “buy”, “sell” or “purchase” are used to keep the explanation understandable. The products are digital access or virtual benefits within the HauntedMC server environment.

6. Changes to ranks, perks and benefits

We try to describe purchased benefits clearly and deliver them correctly. However, ranks, perks, permissions, economy, gamemodes, plugins or server functions may change later.

HauntedMC may adjust digital benefits when this is reasonably necessary for, for example:

1. Gameplay balance.
2. Technical changes.
3. Safety.
4. Performance.
5. Preventing abuse.
6. Changes in Minecraft.
7. Changes in plugins or external systems.
8. Compliance with rules, terms or law.
9. Improving the server.

For major changes, we try to inform players clearly.

7. No right to break rules

A purchase does not give you permission to break the server rules.

Even with a rank, upgrade or other purchased benefit, you may receive a warning, mute, ban, rollback, restriction or other action.

An action caused by breaking the rules does not automatically give you the right to a refund.

Benefits obtained through abuse, fraud, exploits or rule violations may be removed.

8. Refunds, cancellation and withdrawal rights

Because the products are digital content that is often delivered immediately or shortly after payment, refunds may be limited.

During checkout, additional terms may apply regarding immediate delivery, withdrawal rights and refunds. Read these terms carefully before paying.

In general:

1. Contact support first if there is a delivery issue.
2. Refunds are assessed under the applicable Tebex terms, payment terms, store terms and mandatory consumer rights.
3. Purchases that were correctly delivered are usually not refunded.
4. A ban, mute or other action caused by rule violations does not automatically give you the right to a refund.
5. Chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to temporary or permanent restriction of access or benefits until the issue is resolved.
6. Costs or issues caused by incorrect details cannot always be corrected.

Nothing in these terms limits legal consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

9. Minors

HauntedMC may be used by minors.

Are you under 16? Ask permission or help from a parent or guardian before making a purchase.

Parents or guardians may contact support with questions about purchases made by a minor player.

10. Promotions, discounts and prices

Discounts, promotions and temporary offers only apply during the stated period and under the conditions listed with the promotion.

Prices may change. A price change does not affect an order that has already been successfully placed, unless there is an obvious mistake, abuse or a situation where applicable terms state otherwise.

Obvious errors in prices, product descriptions, discounts or promotions may be corrected.

Promotions may be changed, ended or restricted when reasonably necessary, for example because of technical errors, abuse or incorrect settings.

11. Fraud, abuse and chargebacks

We may restrict, remove or investigate purchases, deliveries or benefits if we suspect:

1. Fraud.
2. Abuse.
3. Chargebacks.
4. Stolen payment details.
5. Incorrect information.
6. Evasion of sanctions.
7. Sale or transfer outside HauntedMC.
8. Abuse of promotions, discounts or bundles.
9. Other violations of terms, server rules or law.

In cases of serious fraud or abuse, access to HauntedMC may be temporarily or permanently restricted.

12. Purchase support

For purchase issues, you can contact us through:

Always include your Minecraft username and order number or transaction reference. Without enough information, we may not be able to find your purchase.

Support may ask for additional information if needed to verify your purchase.

13. External terms and services

Purchases may also be subject to terms from external parties, including:

1. Tebex.
2. Payment providers.
3. Minecraft or Microsoft.
4. Other external services needed for checkout, payment or delivery.

When external terms apply, mandatory legal rights remain in force.

HauntedMC is not an official Minecraft, Mojang or Microsoft service and is not affiliated with or approved by Mojang or Microsoft.

14. Server availability

Digital benefits are intended for use within HauntedMC and depend on the availability of the server and related systems.

We try to keep HauntedMC available as much as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the server, gamemodes, plugins or external systems will always be available without interruption.

Maintenance, outages, updates, technical issues, security measures or changes in external systems may affect the availability of digital benefits.

15. Changes to these store terms

We may update these store terms when our store, products, server, payment processes, external services or legal obligations change.

The latest version is always available on our website.

For a purchase, the terms that applied during checkout generally apply, unless a change is legally required, benefits the user or follows otherwise from applicable terms or law.
